Situated at the entrance of Da Nang harbour, Son Tra is an ideal site of yellow beaches, historical remains, original forests and rare bird and animal species. Son Tra’s 5km seashore has many unspoiled and beautiful beaches such as Bai But, Bai Bac, Bai Xep, Tien Sa and the Son Tra mountain is home to around 1000 different plants, 287 animals, and 15 rare species which need to be preserved.
At 8:00am depart from Pham Gia Homestay to Son Tra Peninsula. Visit Linh Ung pagoda – the highest Buddha statue in Vietnam. Then climb up Monkey Mountain where you have a chance to see many kinds of rare species, especially the red check gibbons that are also listed in Vietnam’s red book of endangered species. After that go to beautiful beaches such as: Bai But, Tien Sa…to relax and swim. At noon return to the homestay.
